$150/Day - $900/Week

* A $200/week or $100/day deposit is required for reservations 

*your deposit is non refundable may be transferable. 

*cancellations must be made one month in advance or you will be *responsible for reserved dates. 

* Must book full week reservations from mid-June thru mid-August.

* Additional adults: $25/day $125/Week per person over 6.

* Children 11 and under: $15/Day - $75/Week

* Ages 5 and under are free.

* Pets: $20/Day - $100/Week

The Ice Shanty

This is a nice older 14 by 70 2 bedroom 1 bathroom mobile home. Has a nice mid living room fully carpeted with a couch, futon and a rocker/recliner. The roomy mid kitchen with refrigerator/freezer nice stove oven and everything you need. Full bath with tub/shower and two bedrooms one at each end and 6 twins beds.  Nice covered deck looks out over a roomy front yard with a nice privacy line of shade trees.

We Supply

 

Coffee filters, dish towels, dish soap, TP, garbage bags, all bedding (with extra blankets) and pillows. If using futons ask for bedding or bring sleeping bags.   

What to Bring. 

 

 

   

All our cabins have Cable TV, dvd players and the resort has Wi-Fi. All cabins have full kitchens with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker

Outside you will find fire pit, picnic table and charcoal grill. We have lawn chairs but If you have your own, they will probably be more comfortable around the campfire. Speaking of campfire we sell split fire wood for $10 a wheel barrel load. The forestry would prefer you do not bring yours from home.

Memorial Weekend to the End of September.    

We have 4 mobile homes  we rent out for the summer. These do sit back from the lake up behind the lodge. 

Each mobile home has full kitchens with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, and they each have a AC unit for those hot summer days. Each has  a covered deck and a nice yard, with

 fire pit, picnic table and charcoal grill. We do have lawn chairs, but suggest you bring your own as they will be more comfy.

      You have full use of all resort amenities, docking and storage for one boat or trailer at your camp. 

 All beds are made with extra blankets and pillows. 

You can leave your things in the cabin with no worries, so you don't have to bring it back and forth. The refrigerator can be left on so you can leave condiments for your next stay.  At the end of your stay you can bring in your sheets or  leave them on the table and I will get them washed up and set on the table for your next stay. If you give a call on your way up we will air out your cabin, swifter it, turn on the ac, or heater if need be and leave a light on for you.    All cleaning is on you, but the maintenance is on us. The retreats are set up for a single family. We take a refundable damage retainer that will be returned at the end of the season after a walk trough has proven no damage. Pets are $200 for the season, extra persons over your allotted 2 are $10 a night. You are required to sign a contract. We take a deposit in the fall of each year to hold your retreat for the next season.  The balance is due April 1st. 

Notice!

Bath Towels and Beach towels, Hand soap, shampoo, Bug spray, sunscreen, bait bucket, fishing poles, your floppy hat, a smile, flash light, bath soaps, shampoo/conditioner, bath towels, bathing suits, shorts/tee shirt and sweet shirt/sweet pants summer or winter as this is Minnesota and you just never know. Leave your stress at home.

Your deposit is not refundable. If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, please contact us immediately. Cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks in advance or you will be responsible for the full payment of your confirmed reservation period. If you call early enough we will work with you. If you can come at a different time, we can check the schedule and see what dates work for you. 

Dixon Lake Resort or the Christensen’s will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries to you, your family or any guest of yours while at the resort. In our cabins, or on the decks or steps to the cabins or lodge, at the playground, on any of the equipment, on or around the zip line, In your RV, on your ATV, deck or addition, on or near the horses or pony, or electric fence, swing sets, horseshoe pits or botchy ball court.  In the bathhouse, at the lodge, around the pond, by the dumpster area, in a cabin or trailer owned by the resort, in the lake, on the docks, paddle boats, rental boats, swim dock, canoes, gulf cart, ATV, Laundry House, trailer behind ATV, valley ball net, beach, kayak or fish cleaning house.       Dixon Lake Resort

retains the right to terminate your stay at any time.

Please!

- Keep the grounds areas and natural surroundings clean of trash.

- Please be respectful of other guest by maintain an acceptable noise level for day and night.

- Must clean up after your pets and keep them under control at all times. This includes barking.
