14ft Boat No Motor $25 a day or $100 for the week. Bring your own Motor.
14ft boat with 8hp motor $40 a day or $150 for the week.
16ft Polar Craft captain chair, bench, live well, trolling motor, depth finder 25 horse $100 a day, $500 for the week.
16ft Crest Liner fishing boat. Captain chair, bench, extra seating if needed $25hp $100 a day or $500 for the week.
20ft pontoon 30hp motor, captains/bench sets, canopy, depth finder and live well $150/day or $700week.

This is our larger 2 bedroom cabin that is lakeside. It has a larger living area with 2 log futon, and a futon chair that makes into a toddlers bed. With a bigger dinning room table and all open air there is plenty of room for 6 or more. It is rated for 4 people, but can accommodate up to 6 or more people. The loon theme has been carried through out this large cabin. It has a roomy nice bathroom with stand in shower stall and handicap stool.
We have fully winterized this cabin for a warm and cozy winters stay.
Laundry Facility on Site
All our cabins have Cable TV, dvd players and the resort has Wi-Fi. All cabins have full kitchens with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, and crock pot. Outside you will find fire pit, picnic table and charcoal grill. We do have lawn chairs, but If you have your own, they will probably be more comfortable around the fire. Speaking of campfire we sell split wood for $10 a wheel barrel load. The forestry would prefer you not bring your fire wood from home.

What to Bring.
Bath Towels and Beach towels, Hand soap, shampoo, Bug spray, sunscreen, bait bucket, fishing poles, your floppy hat, a smile, flash light, bath soaps, shampoo/conditioner, bath towels, bathing suits, shorts/tee shirt and sweet shirt/sweet pants summer or winter as this is Minnesota and you just never know. Leave your stress at home.

Your deposit is not refundable. If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, please contact us immediately. Cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks in advance, or you will be responsible for the full payment of your confirmed reservation period. If you call early enough, we will work with you. If you can come at a different time, we can check the schedule and see what dates work for you.
Dixon Lake Resort or the Christensen’s will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries to you, your family or any guest of yours while at the resort. In our cabins, or on the decks or steps to the cabins or lodge, at the playground, on any of the equipment, on or around the zip line, In your RV, on your ATV, deck or addition, on or near the horses or pony, or electric fence, swing sets, horseshoe pits or botchy ball court. In the bathhouse, at the lodge, around the pond, by the dumpster area, in a cabin or trailer owned by the resort, in the lake, on the docks, paddle boats, rental boats, swim dock, canoes, gulf cart, ATV, Laundry House, trailer behind ATV, valley ball net, beach, kayak or fish cleaning house.
Dixon Lake Resort retains the right to terminate your stay without refund if it is deemed you or someone in your party are not fallowing the rules and or are dangerous to the resort and its guest.
Please!
- Keep the grounds areas and natural surroundings clean of trash.
- Please be respectful of other guest by maintain an acceptable noise level for day and night.
- Must clean up after your pets and keep them under control at all times. This includes barking.
- No Fish Cleaning in cabins use fish cleaning house
- No dumping of used fryer oil on the ground anywhere. Please let cool then put back into containers.
