Ice Cabin Sleeper House
Your very own Oasis on the lake. This is a 2012 Salem Ice Cabin. It is 8ft. by 20ft with 4 fold down bunks two of these are over sized so room for two so great for family's or couples. We do not have beds made, bring sleeping bags. It has a table with benches, a couple of extra chairs. 8 angling holes. We set it up where we believe the fish are. Looking for your target fish. we do a lot of pan fishing as they can provide the all day actions most fishermen are looking for. We have spots either on Dixon Lake or Winnie. We set the house up for you holes drilled, generator running. We give a short once over to make sure you know how everything works.
We Supply
We supply, gas, propane, TP, garbage bags and coffee filters.
Sleeping bags, pillows, towels, hand soap, paper plates, paper towels, fishing poles, bait bucket, bucket for fish, fish fryer, dvds, under water camera, groceries, Big jug of water for dishes, water for drinking, fish fry batter and oil, slippers so you don't have to ware snow boots in the camper.

Your deposit is not refundable. If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, please contact us immediately. Cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks in advance or you will be responsible for the full payment of your confirmed reservation period. If you call early enough we will work with you. If you can come at a different time, we can check the schedule and see what dates work for you.
With this rental you do sign a damage retainer with a credit card # to hold. We do a walk through with you on arrival as well as on departure. If damages are found we do an estimate of repair cost and charge that to your card.
Dixon Lake Resort or the Christensen’s will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries to you, your family or any guest of yours while at the resort. In our cabins, or on the decks or steps to the cabins or lodge, at the playground, on any of the equipment, on or around the zip line, In your RV, on your ATV, deck or addition, on or near the horses or pony, or electric fence, swing sets, horseshoe pits or botchy ball court. In the bathhouse, at the lodge, around the pond, by the dumpster area, in a cabin or trailer owned by the resort, in the lake, on the docks, paddle boats, rental boats, swim dock, canoes, gulf cart, ATV, Laundry House, trailer behind ATV, valley ball net, beach, kayak or fish cleaning house.
