 If damages are found you will be charged the amount of the rapairs up to $1,200 on the credit card # on file. 

There is no smoking in any of our cabins.
A $150 cleaning fee will be charged to this same credit card if found to be in violation of this rule.
  

Your deposit is not refundable. If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation please contact us immediately. Cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks in advance or you will be responsible for the full payment your confirmed reservation period. However, if we are able to re-rent your unit for the same period of time, no further payment is necessary.
