  "THE BEAR CAVE"
    The "Bear Cave" is a cozy one room cabin with 2 double beds for your N. MN. Cabin Vacation..  It is air-conditioned and has a full kitchen area with a stove, fridge and microwave.  The bathroom has a showerstall and the cabin is fully winterized.  This cabin is located about 150 yards from the lake and is perfect for 2 people.

 May thru October  
  $100/ night / 2 people
  $560 / week / 2 people
Winter November to March. $110/day.
    Extra People:
       $25.00 / night
       $100.00 / week
A $200.00 deposit is required upon making a weeks reservation.

A credit card # along with the name and address on the card is needed when making a reservation.
 This is rather you send a check by mail or not.

We ratain the right to run up to   $1,200   for any damages.    A walk-thru inspection will occur at the time  of check-out.

If damages are found you will be charged the amount of the rapairs up to $1,200 on the credit card # on file.

Your deposit is not refundable. If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation please contact us immediately. Cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks in advance or you will be responsible for the full payment your confirmed reservation period. However, if we are able to re-rent your unit for the same period of time, no further payment is necessary.
