Ice Shanty # 9

 

Your Northern Minnesota resort adventure.  The Ice Shanty is a 2 bedroom air conditioning manufactured home located about 175 yards from the lake. It has been newly remodeled in 2004.  This cabin has 6 single beds, a futon and a sofa sleeper.  The full sized kitchen includes a microwave, toaster and a drip coffee maker.  The full bathroom has a tub/shower.  This cabin is very roomy with  plenty of space for extra people and is fully winterized.

Rates: May  thru October
    $130.00 /DAY / 4 people
    $750..00 / WEEK / 4 people
Winter rates November to March $150/day
Full summer retreat.
Comes with all Resort aminaties.
May 10th to Labor Day. $2,200  plus utilities paid in Full at time of reservation. Must sign contract. One boat storage and docking. Based on one Family of 4. Check specials page for more info or give us a call. This Retreat has been reserved for the 2010 season. Thanks for checking We still have the Duck Shack open. So take a look.

Extra people:
   Ages 12 and over $25. /DAY - $125. / WEEK
   Ages 11 and under $15. / DAY  -  $75. / WEEK
AGE 5 & under are FREE!!
A $300.00 deposit is required upon making a weeks reservation.

A credit card # along with the name and address on the card is needed when making a reservation. This is rather you send a check by mail or not.

A damage deposit of $1,200 will be held at time of Check-in. This will be held on your credit card until after inspection at check-out. This will be refunded entirely if your unit is found to be in clean and undamaged condition. A walk-thru inspection will occur at the time of check-in and then another walk- thru at check-out.

If damages are found the $1,200 will be charged to the credit card # on file.

 

There is no smoking in any of our cabins. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged to this same credit card if found to be in violation of this rule.  

 

Your deposit is not refundable. If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation please contact us immediately. Cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks in advance or you will be responsible for the full payment your confirmed reservation period. However, if we are able to re-rent your unit for the same period of time, no further payment is necessary.
