A credit card # along with the name and address on
the card is needed when making a reservation. This is rather you send a check by mail or not.
A
damage deposit of $1,200 will be held at time of Check-in. This will be held on your credit card until after inspection at
check-out. This will be refunded entirely if your unit is found to be in clean and undamaged condition. A walk-thru inspection
will occur at the time of check-in and then another walk- thru at check-out.
If damages
are found the $1,200 will be charged to the credit card # on file.
There is no smoking in any of our cabins. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged to this same credit card if found
to be in violation of this rule.
Your
deposit is not refundable. If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation please contact us immediately. Cancellations
must be made at least 3 weeks in advance or you will be responsible for the full payment your confirmed reservation period.
However, if we are able to re-rent your unit for the same period of time, no further payment is necessary.
